Management Team


Israel Schreiber has over twenty years of managerial experience in the medical device industry both in Israel and in the United States. During 2012-2017, Mr. Schreiber was the CEO of Ornim Medical LTD, and before that the CEO of ITGI Medical (symbol ITMD in TASE). From 1998 to 2009 Mr. Schreiber served as the CEO and President of Itamar Medical Ltd. (symbol ITMR in TASE). Israel also served as the President of its US subsidiary; Itamar Inc. Israel’s Successful record covers leading these companies, transitioning them from a small R&D group to a well-recognized provider of innovative, diagnostic and monitoring systems for rapidly growing and proven clinical applications in multi-billion dollars markets. Previously to Itamar, Mr. Schreiber held senior positions with Elscint Ltd – the flagship of the Israeli Medical Industry.

Mr. Schreiber holds a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA degree, both from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel.

Dr. Gary J. Sagiv brings to HealthWatch a nearly twenty year track record of building and leading successful business programs for global diagnostic and biotechnology start-up companies. With a diverse and rich background in worldwide activities in the Medical Devices segment, Gary adds a broad base of commercialization expertise from responsibilities in marketing research, business development, marketing & sales and general management. In his senior management positions, he has initiated programs of international growth for the company, encompassing both pre and commercial sales; built and lead commercial teams globally and has conducted business in over 70 countries. Executive leadership positions include VP Global Business Development, Marketing & Sales of Ornim, Inc (2013-2017), VP Business Development, Sales and Marketing of ITGI Medical (ITMD – TASE), Vice President of Marketing and Business Development of Itamar Medical Ltd. (ITMR – TASE) as well as creating its US subsidiary. He started his career with Strauss Industries in 1996 and then moved to SightLine Technologies (1998-2000).

Gary holds a BA (Cum Laude) in International Law and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem; MA degree in International Law and Economics from University of Notre Dame, South Bend, IN, USA.

Amos Shattner MBA, CFO, COO, Co-FounderMr. Shattner has more than 30 years of managerial experience in the global traditional and hi-tech industries.  He has served as Director, CEO, CFO and EVP Sales & Marketing of leading international companies.

These include Nilit Ltd. (a global manufacturer of specialized textile yarns), Sapiens (NASDAQ: SPNS), Varicom communications, Telem Teufa and others. Mr. Shattner was one of the founders of PAnGO (international cellular parking leader). He is also a co-founder of Yoramos Ltd. and currently he serves as a Director of several companies. Mr. Shattner holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Technion and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University.

Prof. David Hasdai, CMOProf. Hasdai is the Cardiology Board-certified Director of the Coronary Care Unit at the Rabin Medical Center in Israel since 2001.

Prof. Hasdai attended medical school at Hadassah Medical School, Hebrew University, Jerusalem, graduating cum laude in 1989. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Beilinson Hospital, earning a Master in Internal Medicine at the School of Continuing Medical Education, Tel Aviv University and Board Certification in Internal Medicine in 1994. He was an Interventional Cardiology Fellow at The Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN) in the Division of Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. Prof. Hasdai is also involved in academic teaching at Tel Aviv University’s Sackler School of Medicine, where he is a Professor in Cardiology. His research and clinical interests include acute coronary syndromes, heart failure, and coronary interventions and physiology. He is a member of the Clinical Practice Guidelines Committee of the European Society of Cardiology.

Roi Ram, VP R&DMr. Ram brings more than 15 years of extensive multidisciplinary skills gained through years of experience at successful hi-tech and medical device companies.  Prior to his current position as VP of R&D, Mr. Ram was the Director of Product Development at EndyMed  Medical, and held several management and R&D positions at Zoran and Mellanox. Mr. Ram holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Technion – the Israel Institute of Technology.
Boaz Shoshani, VP TextileMr. Shoshani is an expert in textile engineering.  He brings over 30 years experience having served in key management and production roles in world-renowned companies.

These include Nilit (a global manufacturer of specialized textile yarns), Delta-Galil (where he was Vice President of Global Strategic Development), Wellsense, Bagir, and Lodzia. Mr. Shoshani holds a degree in Textile Engineering from Leicester University (UK) and the Shenkar College of Engineering Design & Art (Israel).

Dr. Hila Dagan, Clinical & Regulatory Affairs ManagerDr. Dagan is one of the up-and-coming stars in the field of biotechnology handling the complex role of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs for HealthWatch Ltd.

Dr. Dagan worked as a biotechnology researcher at Enzysurge as well as NMB Medical. She obtained her doctorate from Tel Aviv University in BioTechnology.

Limor Nuri MSc, International Sales ManagerMs. Nuri brings to HealthWatch over 10 years of experience in the Bio-Tech and Medical Device sectors. She is skilled in partnering with clients in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments, and provides strategic advantage, by bridging technology, business strategy and customer experience – in coordinated execution. She is well respected, not only for her track record and high ethical standards, but for being an honest, hard-working professional, who does absolutely everything in her power to ensure her clients’ success. Ms. Nuri has held several managerial positions, including Director of Sales and Marketing at Direx, Business Development Manager at Adin Dental Implants, and International Marketing Manager at Syneron. She holds an MSc in Medical Sciences and Biotechnology from Tel-Aviv University, and a BA in Molecular Biochemistry from the Technion Institute of Technology, both graduated with Academic Excellence.
Mac Cheek, US Sales ManagerMr. Cheek is a 30 year veteran of the textile and apparel industry. He began his career with Burlington Industries, where he spent a decade in development, sales and management.
He then moved to the raw material side of the business working with world leaders ICI, Nilit, and Worldtex in varying senior management positions. With ICI Mr. Cheek jumped at the opportunity to live and work in the UK where he spent 3 ½ years working with technical weavers in Northern Europe. This position opened the door to Mr. Cheek’s vast experience working with global manufacturers, retailers and brands. Mr. Cheek was instrumental in developing two major joint ventures with Nilit America. His strategic planning and market foresight contributed greatly in streamlining a major distribution center and merging purchased companies for Tefron, a global apparel manufacturer.  Mr. Cheek holds a BS degree in Accounting from Guilford College. He is very involved in his community where he volunteers with many non-profit and service organizations.  Mr. Cheek is based in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Renen Ben David, Fashion Design TechnologistMr. Ben David is a highly respected fashion designer, garment technologist and lecturer with over 20 years of international success inside the fashion industry.

He is an expert developer renowned for creating innovative knitting techniques, inventing revolutionary computerized tools for fashion design, garment presentations, and pattern making working with such high-profile companies as Victoria’s Secret, Calvin Klein, Nike, Patagonia, Puma, & Lulu Lemon as well as designs and concepts for store chains such as Target, J.C. Penney, Marks & Spencer. He is also a senior fashion design lecturer at the Shenkar College of Engineering Design and Art (Israel).  Mr. Ben David is one of the pioneers bringing vast new dimensions to ECG-sensing garments when it comes to HealthWatch’s hWear garment technology platform.

David (Dudi) Kruh, Project Manager & SW Quality AssuranceMr. Kruh is a Quality Assurance expert with over 10 years experience in large scale project management of interdisciplinary systems in both the defense and medical sectors.
While working for QualiTest,  the world’s 2nd largest software testing company, Mr. Kruh managed teams at Philips Healthcare, Israel Defense Industries, and startup companies focusing his skills in system engineering, software engineering, quality assurance, and testing. He is also a visionary providing a total spectrum of product realization and brings this know-how to HealthWatch as the Company strides toward commercialization.
. Oleg Malafriev Sr. Algorithm Designer & Biophysics ResearcherDr. Malafriev has over 20 years of experience in algorithm development ranging from radar (Elta) and biological signal processing to electron microscopy (Applied Materials) and medical ultrasound images and motion analysis.

His expertise is in signal derivation from high-noise environments and mathematical model creation. Dr. Malafriev is applying his vast skillset on perfecting the algorithms at HealthWatch adding new and exciting physiological signals to the hWear garment product line.

Itzik Katz, Intellectual Property DirectorMr. Katz is a registered (426) patent attorney with 10 years of experience in the IP field covering a wide range of technologies.

He also has over 20 years of experience in the global hi-tech industry with a record of 13 granted patents. Mr. Katz is a co-founder of Zen Research Ltd that developed and manufactured very fast optical disk drives and went public on the London Stock Exchange raising $450M. He holds an MSc degree in Computer Sciences from UBC, Vancouver, Canada. Mr. Katz served in the IAF as a navigator on fighter planes and is a member of the scientific board.

Riki Ghindes Design DirectorMs. Ghindes has 29 years of experience working intensely with the leading Design and Innovation teams of the international intimate apparel industry, including Calvin Klein, DKNY, Victoria Secret, J. Crew, Hugo Boss, Nike, Addidas, and Marks & Spencer.

She is currently consulting as Design Director at MUJI (Japan) as well as Teaching Instructor at the Shenkar College of Engineering Design and Art (Israel).
